We’ve completed the final phase of our £23 million development at North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen, increasing the number of affordable homes in the area.

The project’s 72 flats and 46 houses have been built on the site of a former fire station. They include 109 homes for social rent and nine for supported living.

Gillian Lavety, our Development Director for Scotland, said: “We’re proud to have worked with the Scottish Government and Aberdeen City Council to transform part of North Anderson Drive with 118 high-quality homes. We’re delighted that many residents have already moved into their new homes.”

We recently invited Aberdeen City Councillor Martin Greig to visit the development. Watch our video to hear Martin’s thoughts on our new homes.
