Our Customer Service Centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays for emergency repairs. For housing enquiries we are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.
Our documents can be translated into other languages, large print and braille, or recorded on to audio CD. Contact your local office or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

- Keeping your details secure
Important information: We are aware that people sometimes contact residents without their consent by means of cold calling.
While this is sadly not within our control we can assure you that we take data protection extremely seriously and would not disclose any information under any circumstances without your permission.
The only information we would ask you for when contacting you would be your names, address, DOB and telephone number. In some cases, we may also ask for your National Insurance number.
We would never ask for bank account details, passwords or other such sensitive information, nor would we ask you to pay a courier in cash or request remote access to your computer/mobile/tablet.

The 0800 number shown above is free. For the exact call and text charges from your mobile phone or landline for other numbers, please check with your provider.
