Getting in touch this festive season

The festive season is almost here.

If you need to contact us over the festive period, here’s how:

• Repairs
  From 5pm on Tuesday 23 December to 8am on Friday 2 January, our repair service will be for emergencies only. To report an emergency repair during this time, please call 0808 168 3475.
• Your Housing Officer
  If you want to speak to your Housing Officer, call 0808 168 3475 during our normal office hours (9am–5pm). Housing teams won’t be available on the festive public holidays.
• Rent and payments
  For questions about your rent, money you owe, or to make a payment, call 0808 168 3475 during our normal office hours (9am–5pm), except on festive public holidays.
