We’re committed to listening to our customers and shaping our services around what’s important to you.
To help us continue to improve, we’ve commissioned an independent research company, Research Resource, to carry out a tenant satisfaction survey on our behalf.
We’re required by the Scottish Social Housing Charter to survey our residents every three years.
Over August and September, we’ll be speaking to 1,000 tenants across Scotland. If we contact you, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could take part.
We’ll ask how well you think we’re performing, including how we communicate with you, our repairs service, and the ways you can get involved.
This feedback will help us continue to put your views at the heart of our decision making.
