Sanctuary Scotland earns six nominations for Herald Property Awards 

We’re absolutely thrilled to have received six nominations for the upcoming 2026 Herald Property Awards. 

The Victoria, our unique regeneration project of the former Glasgow Infirmary, is a finalist in three categories, while our new developments in Greenock, Cumbernauld and South Queensferry have also been shortlisted for awards.  

The nominations reflect our commitment to helping tackle the housing crisis by building good-quality new affordable homes where people are proud to live.
