Sanctuary Scotland shortlisted for housing awards

We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for five awards at the upcoming Scottish Home Awards 2025, including the ‘Community Contribution Award’ category. 

The Victoria, our unique regeneration project in the heart of Glasgow, is a finalist in three categories: ‘Starter Home of the Year’, ‘Apartment Development of the Year (Private Sale)’ and ‘Social Housing Development of the Year (over 100 units)’ for phase one of its completion. 

Our Persley Den development, in Aberdeen, has also been shortlisted in the ‘Social Housing Development of the Year (over 100 units)’ and our smaller development, Napier Street in Linwood, is a finalist for ‘Social Housing Development of the Year (under 100 units)’. 

Gillian Lavety, our development director – Scotland, said: “We’re proud to see three of our development and regeneration programmes - and our colleagues who work so hard on them - get the recognition they deserve. 

“These projects reflect our commitment to delivering high-quality affordable homes and sustainable communities for our customers across Scotland.”
