Sanctuary Scotland shortlisted for housing awards

We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for seven awards at the upcoming Scottish Home Awards 2026, including ‘Housing Association of the Year’. 

Our development teams have also been named finalists in the ‘Community Contribution Award’ and ‘Excellence in Accessibility & Inclusion’ categories, recognising the continued positive impact Sanctuary Scotland is making for residents. 

The Victoria, our unique regeneration project of the former Glasgow Infirmary, is a finalist in three categories – ‘Innovation in Design’, ‘Apartment Development of the Year’ and ‘Social Housing Development of the Year (over 100 units)’. 

And our Duncan Street, Lennox House and Sutherland Street developments in Greenock, Cumbernauld and Paisley respectively have all been announced as finalists in the ‘Social Housing Development of the Year (up to 100 units)’ category.
