We’re delighted that The Victoria, our unique regeneration project in the heart of Glasgow, was crowned ‘Starter Home of the Year’ at the Scottish Home Awards 2025.
The category was one of three that The Victoria was shortlisted in, with Sanctuary Scotland shortlisted for five awards in total.
The redevelopment of the former Glasgow infirmary site will deliver 413 homes and 11 commercial units in total on the south side of the city centre.
Gillian Lavety, our development director – Scotland, said: “The Victoria is a great example of our commitment to delivering much-needed new high-quality affordable homes for our customers across Scotland. I’m very proud to see the hard work of everyone involved recognised in this way.”
