If you have a query about your rent or payments, or if you are facing financial difficulty, please contact us. We can also put you in touch with your local Income Officer.
Benefits calculator
Turn2us is a national charity providing practical help to people who are struggling financially.
Turn2us provides free and easy-to-use Benefits Calculator and Grants search tools. These can help you search for any additional financial support that you are entitled to claim.
If there are benefits you think you may be entitled to and you would like support with making a claim, please contact us so that we can put you in touch with your local Income Officer.
Budgeting
If you’re struggling to cover your household costs, the best thing you can do is take action. Setting a budget is an important step towards managing your household finances. Monitoring your incomings and outgoings in the form of a budget will help you prioritise the things that are most important (like your rent and household bills). Your budget should be amended if your circumstances change to reflect the differences in your finances. This will help you take control of your finances, reduce stress and help you to plan for the future.
The MoneyHelper website provides free tools, calculators and guides that can help you do this.
