A Chartered Accountant & Leveraged Banker by profession James has spent much of his working life in London. Following the financial crisis James joined the restructuring team of a major high street bank leading the restructuring of their lending to Scottish based housebuilders. James now acts in a corporate advisory capacity advising clients on finance matters and sits on the Board of Tulloch Homes Group.

James has a strong interest in the provision of social housing, recognising its significance as a means of delivering affordable quality homes & building sustainable communities for those most in need.
