Before terminating your garage lease, you must provide us with a 28-day written notice, as specified in your lease.

To initiate the termination/ending of your lease: 

 

Please complete the Garage lease termination form PDF 42KB (opens in new tab) and attach it at the bottom of this form. 

All tenants must sign the notice.

Please ensure that all necessary information is included so we can process your request smoothly. We cannot confirm the end of your lease until we receive the signed written notice from you.
