If you would like to terminate your garage lease, we will support you to make the process as quick and easy as possible.
What you need to do
To end your garage lease, you can get in touch with us by phone, in writing or by using the online form.
You will need to give us 28 days' written notice before we can end your contract. The notice period will start on the date we receive your completed termination form. If your form is incomplete, we will contact you to request the information that we need.
You can request to extend or cancel your notice period by emailing or writing to us, and a member of our team will discuss this with you.

What we will do
When your form has been processed and accepted, we will contact you to confirm the date your lease will end.
We will contact you to arrange an appointment to carry out a full inspection of your garage before you leave. We will let you know if there are any repairs you need to carry out, ad where to return your garage keys.
You must also make sure that all rent and other charges are fully paid up to the date of termination.
At the end of your lease, your garage must be left empty, clean, in good repair and free from any rubbish, unless we have agreed with you that certain items can be left.
