If your heating system is waiting for a repair we will provide you with a temporary heater(s) which is yours to keep.
We will compensate you for any additional costs during the time you are waiting for your heating to be fixed.
To cover the cost of using this temporary heater, we will pay you £5 per day, per heater.
If you are on a pre-payment meter please let us know and we will arrange to transfer you the money.
