Clare has worked in the housing sector since 1979 and was appointed Housing Manager for Cumbernauld in 2011. Clare was previously Housing Team Leader for Thenue Housing Association, a Housing Officer at Partick Housing Association and also did various housing roles at North Lanarkshire Council and Glasgow City Council.
