In 2014, I joined Sanctuary Scotland as a temporary Housing Assistant, marking the beginning of my journey with the organisation. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to take on diverse roles and responsibilities, each contributing to my growth and understanding of our operations. Now, as the Service Development Manager, I'm completely focused on improving and growing our services to better serve our valued customers.

I have a keen interest in technology, which not only drives me to find innovative solutions but is also my passion outside of work. This enthusiasm for technological progress fuels my commitment to discovering the latest solutions, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall experience for both our teams and customers.
