We’ve a number of ways you can make your voice heard. Click through the accordions below to find out more.
Our Review Panel enables tenants and service users to improve our performance, influence our services and hold us to account.
Our Review Panel includes residents from all over Scotland who:
- Ensure we address tenant needs.
- Help us achieve better outcomes.
- Check our performance against the outcomes set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
The support and training we provide to our Panel helps members perform their roles well. No experience is required, and we wouldn’t take up much of your time. To join your National Review Panel please phone 0800 131 3348 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Resident Advisory Panel works closely with our Group Board, Group Housing Board, and senior team. This diverse body of residents use their voice to make sure your views are central to our decision-making. The RAP works alongside our Resident Scrutiny Panel (RSP), a group who review the quality of our services.
More than 1,000 Sanctuary residents engage with us through our community of interest groups. Each group focuses on one topic, bringing people with similar interests together.
We work with each of our community of interest groups to help us design our services, and to check how well particular areas of our service are performing.
