John covered a wide range of operational and strategic roles for Inverclyde Council before he retired in December 2016. With a professional background in Environmental Health, John has had a strong interest in housing throughout his career including a spell as Inverclyde Council’s lead officer for housing strategy. John is also a volunteer board member for Inch Architecture, a social enterprise specialising in community projects.
