Lorraine began her housing career in May 1999 with Craigdale HA in Castlemilk. She has held various roles within housing management and maintenance and was appointed Housing Manager with Thistle HA in Toryglen prior to transferring to Sanctuary Scotland in March 2021. Lorraine leads a team who are responsible for all Housing Management functions including estate management, lettings, void management, income management and tenant participation.
