Pat Cahill

Pat has been the director of Sanctuary Scotland since April 2016 and represents the Association on the Board of Management. Previously the director of housing at Tenants First Housing Co-operative, Pat has more than 30 years experience as a housing professional including seven years as a housing officer.

Pat led the successful merger of Sanctuary’s Scottish subsidiaries Tenants First and Sanctuary Cumbernauld with Sanctuary Scotland in August 2016, helping to create a new governance structure for the new, larger Sanctuary Scotland.

Pat is responsible for the delivery of Sanctuary’s housing services in Scotland including homes for general needs, older people, supported housing plus factoring services to home owners within a budget turnover of £28 million.
