Peter Cowe

Peter owned and ran a transport business until 2000. In a career change he retrained in accountancy in 2002, a service he still provides on a part-time basis. Peter is also a director of a health and safety training company and is a qualified Forklift and First Aid instructor. He became a board member of Tenants First Housing Co-operative in 2008 and was instrumental in the organisation becoming a subsidiary of Sanctuary Housing Association in 2012. As a working group member Peter played a key role in the merger of Tenants First with Sanctuary Scotland in August 2016. Peter is also a member of Sanctuary Scotland’s North East area committee.
