Theresa Toner

Head of Housing, West

Theresa was appointed Head of Housing in June 2022 for Glasgow and the West. She has worked in the sector for more than 12 years, covering local authorities, homelessness, MAPPA and mid-market rent as well as various management positions. 

Theresa has worked for both large and community-based housing associations and has postgraduate qualifications in Social Work and Housing. She is a Chartered Member of the CIH.
