Before ending your tenancy, you must provide us with 2 months' written notice, as specified in your tenancy agreement.
To initiate the termination/ending of your tenancy agreement:
Please complete the Short Assured Tenancy termination form (PDF 539KB) and attach it at the bottom of the form.
All tenants must sign the notice.
Alternatively, you have the option to submit a written notice, which should include the following details:
- Date of the termination request
- Full details of all tenants
- Property details
- Request to terminate
- Leaving date
- Forwarding address
- Reason for moving
- Signatures of all tenants
Please ensure that all necessary information is included so we can process your request smoothly.
We cannot confirm the end of your tenancy until we receive the signed written notice from you.
