We’re delighted to be a finalist in three categories at the 16th annual Scottish Home Awards, including ‘Housing Association of the Year'.

Our regeneration projects in Cumbernauld, and Donside Village, Aberdeen, have been shortlisted for ‘Housing Regeneration Project of the Year’.

Our development programmes in Hawick Street, Glasgow, and Donside Village are also finalists for ‘Large Affordable Housing Development of the Year’.

The Scottish Home Awards judging panel, which represents organisations across Scotland, reviewed more than 140 entries across 19 categories.

Our director Pat Cahill said: “We’re proud that our development and regeneration programmes have received the recognition they deserve. These projects reflect our commitment to delivering quality homes across Scotland, and reinvesting in our assets to maintain this quality.”

The awards will be held in Glasgow on 22 June. For the full list of finalists, click here.
