What better news to brighten our summer than to discover that Sanctuary Scotland have successfully been shortlisted for the Inside Housing Development Awards 2024!
We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for the below development projects in the following categories:
- The Victoria (NSSE and affordable rent tenures) – Best affordable housing development (£20m+)
- North Anderson Drive (affordable rent) – Best development - mixed
Judges will be marking entries against a wide criteria such as how we maximised affordability, resident and stakeholder feedback, location and infrastructure considerations or what unique features the developments may offer.
The winners will be announced at an award ceremony on Friday 27th September. Fingers crossed!
